Quality Control Steps:
1- Raw material outlooks and inside check by ultrasonic sounding before it into our warehouse
2- Material size cutting by Advanced laser cutting technology
3- Material and parts do the tooling and turning by lathes machine
4- Material and parts do the milling to process the surface
5- Steel welding after that do the Tempering and annealing treatment
6- Frames sanding surface derusting before paiting
7- Machinery assembling
8- Machine test running sametime to check the outlooks and painting and running situation
